About Brentwood Gate

Brentwood Gate is a Ledingham McAllister's Burnaby planned community at Brentwood Town Center. This multi-family development in Burnaby's Brentwood Shopping Center is on higher slope southern-exposed hillside, adjacent to the Lougheed Highway. The buildings back on to a residential neighbourhood, compared to other projects on Lougheed that are down the hill surrounded by offices and industrial buildings.

Brentwood Gate is designed to be a very pedestrian friendly, with abundant green spaces and many large tree retention areas. Walking paths are dotted with park benches throughout the community designed to provide quiet enjoyment for the residents of Brentwoodgate. Even better, the site’s sloped topography means many of these homes will enjoy spectacular views.

The Master Plan

Brentwood Gate is a cluster of seven buildings - six four-storey residences and a single 27-storey high-rise tower.

Fitzgerald, the community’s only high-rise, will offer some truly breathtaking vistas of the North Shore mountains, Vancouver skyline, Metrotown, and even Mount Baker. This 27-storey concrete tower offers a selection of 1-bedroom with den and 2-bedroom homes. 

The other lowrises, Thomson House, MacDonald House, Jackson House and Carmichael House, are all sold out, with the exception of some suites still available in the highrise. The Harris is the next-to-last release of the master-planned community at Brentwood Gate, and The Varley - the last building will be offered for sale in September, 2008.

High End Features

The individual residence empbasizes trendy features including cozy electric fireplaces, wood grain cabinetry, soaker tubs, spacious decks and patios. Each home is fully loaded with all the stylish finishing details with high-end features including granite countertops and full wrap-around kitchen cabinetry in walnut or mahogany finish with brushed satin nickel hardware.

Flooring in the kitchen and the entry hall is porcelain tile. Other features include wood baseboards, door mouldings and window sills throughout the suite, deep cut-pile carpeting in the main living space and bedroom, and an electric fireplace with a contemporary mantel lit by a ceiling accent light.

The master bathroom has a soaker tub with a ceramic tile surround and a walk-in chrome and glass shower. The granite countertop and stainless steel appliance package are an upgrade, as well as the full-size stacking washer and dryer and in-suite security system.

Easy Access

Brentwood Gate offers convenience with the SkyTrain only a short walk away. Access to Vancouver and the Fraser Valley is easy via the freeway or Lougheed Highway. Shopping is right next door at Brentwood Town Centre and the Madison Centre, plus the choice of restaurants, recreational amenities, and cultural venues will keep the most active explorer entertained.
